Black piping on the bust line creates a flattering sweetheart shape, and the print of this dress has barbed wire roses, anchors, stars, and bows. The print is on raised felt to create an attractive and unique texture to the dress. Bodice of the dress has three matching barb wire print bows set on black detailing. Dress has built-in cotton lined black petticoat for increased volume and dress hits just below the knee. Dress zips up the side.
